Sweet, lovely Sophie came to us from Rutland Manor as a puppy. What an absolutely adorable personality this girl has. Bright, intuitive, loving and gentle, Sophie cannot get close enough to people. She leans, lays, or rests against any part of you that she can reach and despite her size will happily curl up in your lap if allowed. She is remarkably intelligent and attentive and has been a joy to train. Sophie was best in her class at puppy school and her disposition is perfectly suited for therapy work. Sophie has a gorgeous soft wool coat, dark soulful eyes and very black pigmentation (nose, lips and eye rims). I personally love her big, squishy, black nose, it's so cute. She has passed all of her health testing and we are so excited for her first puppies around the spring of 2010. |

Rutlands Signora "Sophie"
This is Sophie. She is so lovable and obedient and very calm for her age. We think she will make a great therapy dog.
We should have named her Tigger
She is a playful, bouncy girl when outdoors and sweet and subdued indoors.

Fluffy, Soft Coat
Sophie has a soft, luxurious, lightweight and feathery coat. People can't keep their hands off of her. It is also very easy to maintain.
Love Sponge
Sweet girl lets our baby Evie crawl all over her.
Eye Contact
Sophie, like other Australian Labradoodles, watches her humans constantly and tries to make eye contact.
With Henry
Sophie and Henry are buddies. They are a couple months apart in age but Henry is a mini. Even though Sophie is much bigger, she lets him win most of the time.

Like the others, she loves this new stuff.

Sophie Loves Snow
